There is a sweet
desire within the heart of every girl to achieve that glamorous blow dry look of the Victoria’s
Secret Model have. Well, our hair definitely doesn’t agree well to the prospect. No matter you have straight, curly or wavy hair – the only common thing we love is the volume. I have used volume boost
sprays in recent past and somehow they made the roots crunchy and withered! That’s definitely I didn’t wanted in the name of volume. Of lately, everyone has been singing praises about the BBlunt Blown Away Volumizing Leave-in Spray and I thought of giving it a try too! Here’s the detailed review of the product. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – If big hair is your thing, may we introduce you to your new best friend. This volumizing spray gives you incredible fullness and bounce that lasts. Go big with confidence. PRICE – 550 INR for 150ml MY REVIEW
To start with, I have moderately
volume shoulder length hair with big natural curls. The BBlunt Blown Away Volumizing Leave-in Spray comes in a very funky yellow bottle with a spray nozzle. It is translucent and easily enables you to see and looks sort of water. The bottle is totally trendy and absolutely stunning. It is lightweight, spill proof, mess free and totally cool to travel with. Overall, packaging
is as pretty as it could be.
The product looks like water. It has a mild whiff of artificial fragrance
. The smell isn’t very strong and overpowering but, when applied to the scalp, it surely stays well and refreshes it. As per the directions, you have to spray
2-3times and massage to spread the product all over the scalp. However, on my hair, it definitely requires more than that and I use around 6-7 sprays and then evenly spread it by massaging
. Also, we have to apply it on damp or towel dried hair. Whenever I applied this product, I have blow-dried
the hair instead of naturally air drying. Once dried, the hair looks bouncy and enhanced to a large extent. Speaking of the volume, it surely does it but not something I had expected. Due to curls, my hair has its own volume and this product adds another layer to it. You can say it increases the volume
by 30%. This addition of volume is not going to look artificial at all but on the downside, you would be disappointed if you were guessing to have unbelievable fullness. The product, while adding volume to the hair, doesn’t dry it out and this worked great for my curly hair.
It also controlled the frizz to a large extent even when I used maximum heat for drying. The product also claims to be heat protectant. And it surely does that too. I have blow-dried and straightened
the hair several times, post usage of this spray, and my hair felt much softer than before. I was a little afraid of chemicals spraying on the roots but thankfully the liquid didn’t raise any disastrous issues for the hair.
The volume stays
for around 2 complete days and in some occasions it was intact up to 4 days as well, depending how you treat the hair. I was really surprised by the staying power and also my scalp
wasn’t greasy at all. It never made the roots itch or irritate and also the hair was softer instead of being crunchy and crispy. The price is appropriate for the worth and definitely deserves a try if you want some natural addition of volume without damaging the hair. PROS

SummaryThe product is really a savior for special and what I love most about this is that it is not time consuming at all. It gives the hair a natural volume and heat protection. A great product for Indian hair.RECOMMENDATION – not for the super fuller bouncy volume but for a natural layer of volume, I would definitely recommend the product which has its own multipurpose use.
