Wash it off with your preferred shampoo using lukewarm water. You can repeat this once or twice a week. 2. Avocado Avocados help to give moisture and body to your hair. For this remedy make a mixture of one mashed avocado, one mashed banana and one tablespoon of olive oil. Massage it on your scalp and leave for 30 minutes. Finally, rinse and shampoo. 3. Castor Oil Castor oil is the perfect remedy against hair fall. Heat a mixture of equal parts of castor oil and coconut oil. Apply and massage in circular motions. Cover your hair with a towel moistened with warm water. Leave it on for at least one hour and then shampoo your hair as usual. 4. Eat Healthy Yes, our moms were right, you are what you eat. Have plenty of almonds, milk, eggs, spinach, coconut, tomatoes and for those meat lovers, red meat as well as fish.
