If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can write to our customer support team at care@bblunt.com or call us on 02225195656. In case the shipment has not been shipped yet before your cancellation request, we can initiate a refund and the money will be refunded to your account within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our customer care team at care@bblunt.com. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they may still attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, and our customer service team has agreed upon an appropriate refund value with you, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
Our Customer Care services are now available between Monday to Friday (working days) from 9:00am to 5:00pm only. They will not be available on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you have redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
The items sold on the website once sold, are non-returnable due to its consumable nature.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse, if they are returned without their original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories along with it or if the original packaging is damaged •Serial Number is tampered with. • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty • Product is used or altered with• If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery • Free product is provided by the brand

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or a cancellation and refund. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order: • Step 1: Contact our customer care team via email at care@bblunt.com within 5 business days of receiving the order. • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only once the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. Normally we do not dispatch part shipments, incase this happens then we will generate an invoice only on the dispatched product. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/cash on delivery charge if applicable, on the package you receive.
Free shipping is applicable on orders above Rs.550 only for Prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, there will be a fee of Rs.20 charged. For all orders under Rs.550, there will be a standard delivery charge of Rs.30. Orders less than Rs.200 are not permitted.
At present, BBLUNT only ships within India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
Once our system processes your order, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We will be sharing regular updates with you regarding your order via SMS and email as mentioned on the site.
Each individual product is packed differently, depending on the fragility of the product to ensure intact delivery to the customer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

Yes, the shipping information can be changed via your account for future orders. However, once an order is placed, the shipping information cannot be changed.
Yes, we do offer cash on delivery. However some pin codes do not support cash on delivery. If you cannot choose the cash on delivery option at checkout, please kindly choose an alternative online payment method.
